Rates are $160. per night for the large suite with
private bath, or $260. per night for the entire upstairs
suite (2 bedrooms with shared bath). State taxes applicable;
rates based on double occupancy; subject to change.

Inn at McCurdy House policies:
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit/check
cards with logo, traveler’s checks and cash.
We must have a full two weeks to process personal
and business checks for the deposit only.
- A 50% deposit is required either at the time of
booking or within four days in order to reserve
and confirm your room.
- Written confirmation will be sent within 24 hours
of receiving the deposit.
- In the event of a cancellation, your deposit (less
a $20 processing fee) is refundable if
- there is at least a ten-day notice prior
to arrival.
- it is canceled under the ten-day period but
the room is able to be
re-rented for the same dates
- Whenever possible, we will make every attempt
to help you with necessary changes to the original
booking
- Check-in time is customarily between 3 and 7 p.m.
Please contact us if you require a later check-in
time. We are also sometimes able to accommodate
early arrivals at 2 p.m. if you call ahead.
- Checkout time is 11 a.m. We can store your luggage
if that will help you.
- Special Events, holidays, and three-day weekends
require a minimum two-night stay.
- Children are gladly welcomed.
- We are definitely animal lovers and have one cat
of our own (she is confined to our quarters during
your stay). But unfortunately, we are unable to
accept pets.
- The Inn is a nonsmoking home but designated areas
are provided outside.
